A private instrument for one conversation
Telescope:
See the conversation
you were too close to notice.
Drop one Telegram chat. Get its rhythms, silences, private language, and the parts that only appear when years are seen at once.
What comes back
One conversation.
Six ways back in.
Telescope turns the whole history into a report you can move through—not a dashboard dump. Watch the instruments rotate, or choose one yourself.
When you actually talk
23:40
The hour holding a third of everything.
The only promise that matters
Local first. AI only when you ask.
The numerical report is built by the page you’re looking at, on the machine you’re using. AI insights are a separate, explicit choice—and shared links let you decide whether message evidence stays hidden.
- 01
You export the chat yourself
Telegram Desktop → open the chat → ⋮ → Export chat history → JSON. Telegram makes you wait 24 hours the first time; that one's theirs, not ours.
- 02
The page reads it in memory
Parsed and counted on the main thread of this tab. The raw conversation never crosses the network. When you're signed in, only the finished numerical analysis is saved.
- 03
The written half is opt-in, and it is an upload
One button, clearly labelled, sends the conversation to a model to be read. Don't press it and the report is still complete — just unnarrated.
- raw chat stays local · saved results are account-only
Step 1 · get the folder
Telegram hands out your history if you ask nicely.
One folder, one chat. Choose the complete Telegram export folder and Telescope automatically reads the conversation and any sticker artwork inside it.
Years of small talk.
Somebody should look at it.
Point it at a chatno account · no upload · the numbers take about a second
